Pakistan widens AD duty on Chinese CRC after circumvention finding

Pakistan has expanded its anti-dumping (AD) duties on cold-rolled (CR) coils and sheets from China, after a circumvention investigation found exporters were evading the levies by shipping slightly modified products.

The National Tariff Commission (NTC) announced on February 20 that Chinese exporters had made minor alterations to the subject merchandise by exporting CR coils and sheets with a width exceeding 1,250mm to circumvent the existing AD duties.
