India proposes AD duty on met coke imports, China faces highest rate

India has proposed imposing provisional anti-dumping (AD) duties of $60.87-$130.66/tonne on imports of low-ash metallurgical coke from China and five other countries, according to a notification of preliminary findings released by India's Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) on November 14.
