Huayou is expected to purchase 221,400 tonnes of lithium salt products from the company between 2026 and 2030. This transaction constitutes a connected transaction and is subject to approval by the company's general meeting of shareholders. The agreement will not impact the company's operating performance for the current year, and its effect on future operating performance will depend on the specific agreements signed and their implementation in the coming years.
