On November 20, Eve Energy announced that the company signed a Procurement Framework Agreement with Smoore International. According to the agreement, Smoore International and its subsidiaries will continuously purchase battery cells and other products from Eve Energy and its subsidiaries as raw materials. The agreement will start from January 1, 2026 and remain valid until December 31, 2028.
As a framework agreement, it does not involve specific amounts. The actual transaction value will be determined based on the total audited amount of orders signed by the relevant parties for specific projects during the relevant period. The signing of this agreement is not expected to have a significant impact on the company's operating performance in 2025, and its effect on future years' performance will depend on the actual orders fulfilled.
