On the evening of November 30, SEMCORP announced that it plans to acquire 100% equity of Qingdao Zhongkehualian New Material Co.,Ltd. through share issuance and other means, and intends to raise supporting funds for this transaction.
The transaction is currently in the planning stage, with the counterparties being all shareholders of Qingdao Zhongkehualian New Material Co.,Ltd. has signed letters of intent with some major counterparties. Due to the uncertainty of certain matters, trading of SEMCORP's shares will be suspended starting December 1, 2025. The company expects to disclose the transaction plan within 10 trading days. If a board meeting is not convened on schedule to review and disclose the plan, the shares will resume trading no later than December 15, and the planning of the related matters will be terminated.
