NMDC iron ore output rises 11% YoY in Nov

National Mineral Development Corporation Limited (NMDC), India's largest state-owned iron ore miner, produced 5.01 million tonnes of iron ore in November, the highest monthly output for the current fiscal year 2025-26 ending on March 31 2026, according to the miner's latest monthly production and sales release.

The miner's iron ore output last month was higher by 11.1% on year and by 17.3% from October, the release showed. During the same month, the company's iron ore sales also increased by 7.2% on month and 4.3% on year to 4.17 million tonnes. The total output during April-November, the first
