On December 1, lithium battery copper foil giant Nuode New Materials Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Baijiada New Energy Materials Co., Ltd., signed a Supply Assurance Framework Agreement for 2026-2028 with CALB.
Based on the long-term and stable strategic cooperation between the two parties, and to ensure a stable supply of Baijiada's copper foil products, Baijiada commits to supplying 373,000 tonnes of copper foil products to CALB from 2026 to 2028.
According to the agreement, Baijiada commits to delivering copper foil products to CALB according to the planned schedule for 2026-2028. Baijiada will allocate necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet the committed supply volume. In the event of tight production capacity, Baijiada will prioritize meeting CALB's supply requirements.
