Indonesian thermal coal HBA indices rise for 2nd half December

Indonesia's Harga Batubara Acuan (HBA) thermal coal reference prices and their derivatives, issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), have been lifted for the second half of December.
