CONF: China's steel use to grow steadily in '26

Steel use across many downstream sectors in China such as shipbuilding, automobiles and home appliances is expected to stay robust in the coming year with continued policy support and strong export demand, though that in the property sector will remain lacklustre due to a protracted slump, according to industry experts during a panel discussion at Mysteel's annual conference held in Shanghai over December 19-21.
