During a recent institutional research interview, CNGR Advanced Material Co., Ltd. stated that regarding the RKAB review progress, the company has completed and submitted the required annual RKAB production plan and related documents for its mining resource projects in Indonesia as per Indonesian regulations, and is currently awaiting approval. In terms of mining operations, prior to the final approval of the 2026 RKAB, the company is permitted to operate at a level not exceeding 25% of its originally applied 2026 RKAB quota until the end of March.
