On January 22, Tianneng Group has officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the NASDAQ-listed company VCI Global Limited (VCIG). Both parties will jointly advance the construction of a 1 GWh AIDC photovoltaic energy storage power station project in the Malacca region of Malaysia.
The first phase of the project is planned to cover approximately 600 acres, with the construction of 250 MW photovoltaic power generation facilities, complemented by a liquid-cooled energy storage system independently developed by Tianneng. Upon completion, the project will primarily supply power to an Artificial Intelligence Data Center (AIDC).
