On January 25th, SolaX Power announced that the company has signed the "2026 Sales Cooperation Agreement" with Raystech Group Pty Ltd, covering the entire region of Australia. Party B (Raystech Group) commits that the cumulative shipments/purchases of the cooperation products for the year 2026 will total no less than 1 GWh based on product capacity.
This agreement is a framework agreement and does not involve specific monetary amounts. Its impact on the company's 2024 operating performance and future growth remains uncertain.
