ChinaIOL: China's white goods output seen falling 22% YoY in Feb

China's scheduled production of the three most popular home appliances – air-conditioners, refrigerators and washing machines – is projected to reach 23.79 million units in February, a 22.1% decline compared with actual production in February 2025, according to the latest survey released by ChinaIOL.com, a leading domestic information provider serving the home appliance and refrigeration industries.

Notably, all three home appliances are forecast to see their scheduled production contract on year next month, ChinaIOL said, with air-conditioners set to post the sharpest decline among the three of 31.6% at 11.49 million units.
