Recently, the trial production acceptance of the production base of Sibao (Meishan) New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. for its 50,000-tonne-per-year silicon-carbon anode materials and special adhesives project for lithium-ion batteries has entered its final stage.
It is understood that Sibao New Energy is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengdu Guibao Science & Technology Co., Ltd., established in December 2021 with a registered capital of Yuan 100 million yuan, focusing on the research, development, production, and sales of special electronic materials. The project has a total investment of Yuan 560 million, encompassing 10,000 tonnes per year of silicon-carbon anode materials and 40,000 tonnes per year of special adhesives. Upon full completion and operation, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of over Yuan 1 billion and contribute annual tax revenues of Yuan 50 million to 100 million.
