According to the latest news on February 25, the overall progress of the new lithium-ion battery Southwest production base project, invested and constructed by Sichuan Chuanhong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., has reached approximately 65%. The No. 6 administrative building has been successfully topped out, and roofing construction for the No. 1 and No. 2 factory buildings is being rapidly advanced.
The project is located in the Sandaoqiao Industrial Park, Longchang City, Neijiang, Sichuan Province. With a total investment of Yuan 1.5 billion, the project plans to construct a production base with an annual capacity of 10 GWh for new lithium-ion batteries.
The project is being implemented in two phases. According to the plan, the project will be fully completed by the end of March and transition to interior decoration. The first phase of the project is expected to officially commence production at the end of June.
