EEC probes tinplate imports as EAEU producers suffer from price dumping

The Eurasian Economic Commission's (EEC) Internal Market Protection Department has launched an investigation into tinplate imported into the EAEU, according to Kommersant, a leading Russian business and financial news outlet.

The basis for this was a statement by the Belarusian metal rolling company Tinergy, supported by Russia's Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant, which together account for more than half of total production of this product in the EAEU.
