On April 1, information from the Online Investment Project Approval Service Hall of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region showed that the 2.2GWh High-Safety Solid-State Battery Construction Project of Guyi New Energy (Inner Mongolia) Technology Co., Ltd. has been filed for record. The project is located in Taigemu Town, Tumd Left Banner, Hohhot City, with a total investment of Yuan 800 million, including Yuan 150 million of self-owned funds and Yuan 650 million of bank loans.
The planned construction period of the project is from June to December 2026, covering a total area of approximately 51,833 square meters. The construction content includes a 2.2 GWh quasi-solid-state battery production line and one R&D pilot line, along with supporting facilities such as workshops, an R&D building, and warehouses. Upon completion and operation, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of Yuan 3.256 billion and an annual profit and tax of Yuan 707 million.
