China's nickel sulfate imports reached 29,680 tonnes in March, up 4,403 tonnes or 17.4% from the previous month, and up 11,300 tonnes or 61.5% year-on-year, according to data from the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China. Among the total, imports from Indonesia stood at 22,300 tonnes, from South Korea 3,114 tonnes, and from Finland 3,175 tonnes.
In the first quarter of 2026, China's cumulative nickel sulfate imports totaled 86,633 tonnes, up 77.4% year-on-year.
