On April 22, XFH announced that it plans to raise no more than Yuan 600 million through a private placement of shares. After deducting related issuance expenses, the proceeds will be used for its annual production capacity expansion project of 93,000 tonnes of new energy battery anode materials.
The announcement stated that the implementation of this project will add 80,000 tonnes per year of graphitization and material processing capacity for artificial graphite anode materials used in lithium-ion batteries. This capacity expansion will enhance the company's supply capability, enabling it to seize opportunities arising from the development of the lithium-ion battery industry and achieve rapid growth.
