GEM stated on an interactive platform in response to investor inquiries that CATL is its core strategic partner. The company has long supplied CATL and its affiliates with core power battery materials such as ternary precursors on a stable and ongoing basis. The two companies have also established deep cooperation in battery recycling, jointly building a globally leading green supply chain through a closed-loop model of "exchanging scrap for raw materials."
In addition, CATL's subsidiary Brunp Recycling has taken a stake in GEM's QMB project in Indonesia. Their deep collaboration in areas such as nickel resource development in Indonesia not only secures supply chain stability but also jointly contributes to the green transformation of the global new energy industry.
