On May 21, BYD Energy Storage signed a cooperation agreement with Xinyuan Wansheng Technology, reaching a framework agreement for a 4 GWh energy storage system centralized procurement in Gansu Province, as well as a procurement contract for 1 GWh energy storage system equipment for Jinchang (Phase I) in Gansu Province.
Xinyuan Wansheng Technology focuses on the green energy sector with an emphasis on optimizing the energy storage industry chain. BYD, as a globally leading new energy benchmark enterprise, drives industry development through its core technologies and comprehensive industrial chain advantages. The two parties have established a long-term partnership based on their shared green development philosophy. Moving forward, they will integrate industrial and technological resources, deeply cultivate the Gansu energy storage market, empower the construction of regional new power systems, and support the green and low-carbon transformation of the new energy industry in Northwest China.
