According to relevant sources, Huawei-backed Yinwang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. recently successfully acquired two parcels of industrial land in Dongguan City, with a total area of approximately 384,000 square meters and a transaction value exceeding Yuan 210 million. Information released by the Dongguan Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources indicates that both plots are designated for the manufacturing of auto parts and accessories, with specific requirements that construction must commence by May 30, 2027, and be completed by May 30, 2030.
Furthermore, records from the Guangdong Province investment project filing platform show that the Dongguan Yinwang Intelligent Auto Parts Manufacturing Project involves a total investment of Yuan 3 billion. Covering approximately 384,000 square meters, the project will have a total floor area of about 590,000 square meters, including workshops, R&D office buildings, warehousing facilities, and an energy building. The project will primarily focus on the production of auto parts and intelligent systems, with the filing period planned from December 2026 to December 2029.
Taken together, this information indicates that Yinwang Intelligent will formally invest in building its own production base, focusing on the in-house manufacturing of automotive components. The facility is expected to primarily produce Yinwang's self-developed core components, including LiDAR, domain controllers, HarmonyOS cockpit modules, DriveONE electric drive systems, as well as automotive optical products and vehicle control actuators.
