On June 15, Corun announced that its holding subsidiary, Dingxing Kerui Shuzhi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the construction of a 100 MW mixed independent energy storage pilot project in Dingxing County, with an estimated total investment of Yuan 440 million.
The project is designed for a total installed capacity of 100MW/400MWh, comprising a 90MW/360MWh lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system and a 10MW/40MWh solid-state battery energy storage system. The construction period is expected to be eight months. The funds will come from the company's own resources and self-raised capital, with the aim of accelerating the deployment of energy storage business and enhancing profitability.
