Iron ore shipments to China via Port Hedland rise 14% MoM in May

Iron ore shipments from Port Hedland -- Western Australia's largest export terminal -- to China reached 43.7 million tonnes in May, up 13.7% on month and marking the highest level since July 2025, according to new data released by the Pilbara Ports Authority (PPA).
