UPDATE: Another coking coal mine in Shanxi's Qinyuan restarts production

Another coking coal mine in Qinyuan county, a key mining hub in North China's Shanxi province, was reported restarting production activities on July 14, ending its suspension lasting for over seven weeks since late May, Mysteel's latest survey finds.

The mine has an annual capacity of 2.1 million tonnes and mainly produces low-sulfur lean primary coking coal – a low-volatile hard coking coal with superior caking properties, positioned between standard lean coal and premium HCC, Mysteel learned.
