NBS: China's June thermal power growth slows as hydropower, solar crowd in

China's thermal power generation rose just 0.5% year on year in June, the slowest pace in four months, as heavy rains helped boost hydropower output and suppressed coal-fired generation, data from the National Bureau of Statistics showed July 15.
