CISA: Members' daily crude steel output marks time in early July

Daily crude steel output among the member mills of the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) stayed largely steady during July 1-10, with the tonnage dropping by a marginal 0.1% or 200 tonnes/day from last ten days of June to average 2.02 million t/d, according to the latest release from the association on July 16.

In addition, the average was lower by 3.6% compared with the level during the corresponding period last year, the CISA survey results revealed.
