Recently, according to an announcement by the People's Government of Pingnan County, the Pingnan Ecological and Environmental Bureau of Ningde City, Fujian Province, issued its approval of the Environmental Impact Report Form for the Lithium Battery Adhesive Materials Production Project (Phases I & II) submitted by Pingnan Yuanchuang New Materials Co., Ltd.
According to the announcement, the project involves leasing a plant facility located on Plot 350923-XJY-A-17-2 within the High-Tech Industrial Park of Pingnan County, Ningde City, Fujian Province, with a total floor area of 125,324.4 square meters. The project will be constructed in two phases, with a total of 16 production lines for lithium battery adhesive materials, 8 lines in each phase. Each production line is equipped with a slurry preparation system, a spray drying system, and a pulverization and demagnetization system.
Phase I of the project will have an annual production capacity of 15,048 tonnes of lithium battery adhesive materials, and Phase II will add another 15,048 tonnes, bringing the total annual capacity to 30,096 tonnes. The total project investment is Yuan 1.2 billion, of which Yuan 80 million is allocated for environmental protection measures.
