China scheduled Jul refined oil exports back to normal level

China's June refined oil exports stayed low at 1.34 million tonnes amid export controls, but July scheduled shipments are set to rebound to rise with kerosene taking the lead. January-June exports used 35% of the quotas YTD; July volumes would bring the total to about 45%, leaving 17 million tonnes unused.
