Fortescue posts record iron ore shipments in FY26

Australian mining giant Fortescue shipped 201.3 million wet tonnes of iron ore (on a 100% basis) during its 2026 financial year (July 2025-June 2026), with the small 1% on-year increase nonetheless making for an annual record high, according to its latest quarterly report released on July 31.
