FLASH: CATL sets up indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Xundian Runshi, expanding into IoT-enabled wind and solar power services

Xundian Runshi New Energy Co., Ltd. has recently been incorporated, with its scope of operations encompassing Internet of Things (IoT) technology research and development, IoT technical services, IoT application services, wind power generation technical services, and solar power generation technical services. According to the equity penetration structure, the company is indirectly wholly-owned by CATL.
