On August 20, Capchem announced its semi-annual report for 2026, reporting operating revenue of Yuan 7.463 billion, a year-on-year increase of 75.66%, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of Yuan 984 million, up 103.33% YoY.
During the reporting period, driven by growing demand for electric vehicles, the gradual shift of the energy-storage market from policy-driven to market-driven dynamics, and the continued development of consumer electronics products, the global lithium-battery market expanded, which in turn boosted demand for lithium-ion battery electrolyte. The company proposes to distribute a cash dividend of Yuan3.00 (pre-tax) for every 10 shares held by all shareholders.
Note: The company's net profit in Q2 was Yuan 503 million, compared with Yuan 480 million in Q1. Accordingly, Q2 net profit increased by 4% quarter-on-quarter.
