Brazil's iron ore exports slide further in August

Brazil, the world's second-largest iron or exporter after Australia, shipped 37.2 million tonnes of iron ore in August, according to preliminary statistics from Comex Stat, a data platform for Brazil's foreign trade in goods. The volume dropped for the second straight month by another 1.2% and fell 6.7% on year.
