EAEU extends AD duty on Chinese stainless steel welded pipes

The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) has decided to extend the anti-dumping (AD) penalties currently applied to stainless steel welded pipes originating in China for another five years, according to an announcement published by the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission on September 10.

The decision results from the first sunset review, made public on June 10, which concluded that ending the measure would lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury to the EAEU industry. The duty rate remains unchanged at 14.62%-17.28%, with targeted welded pipes shipped by Foshan Vinmay Stainless
