Recently, Tibet CRRC Times New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with He Gengliang as its legal representative and a registered capital of Yuan 20 million. Its business scope includes battery manufacturing, energy storage technology services, battery component production, charging pile sales, centralized fast-charging stations, among others. Equity penetration data shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by CRRC Corporation Limited.
