Recently, Zhejiang Lingzhen New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Song Yining as its legal representative and a registered capital of Yuan 1.26 billion. Its business scope includes automotive component research and development, manufacturing of automotive components and parts, research and development of special electronic materials, energy storage technology services, battery manufacturing, battery component production, among others. Equity penetration data shows that the company is wholly owned by Zhejiang Lingxiao Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Leapmotor.
