EU CR stainless quotas near full utilization as new quarter approaches

Quotas for cold-rolled stainless sheets and strips exported from several countries to Europe are nearing exhaustion in the final month of the EU's current quota period from July 1 to September 30, according to European Commission data. Utilization rates for the category have exceeded 90%.
