On October 13, Zhenyu Technology announced that it expects net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the first three quarters of 2026 to be Yuan 650 million-700 million, representing year-on-year growth of 57.79%-69.93%. The change in performance was mainly attributable to the continued rapid growth in downstream demand from lithium-ion batteries, especially energy storage batteries, which drove growth in sales revenue from the company's main business.
Newly built production capacity for motor iron cores was gradually put into operation, capacity utilization increased, and economies of scale became evident. At the same time, the company reduced costs and increased efficiency through refined management, promoting an overall improvement in economic benefits.
Note: The company's Q3 net profit is expected to be Yuan 227 million-277 million, while Q2 net profit was Yuan 142 million. Based on this, Q3 net profit is expected to increase 60%-95% quarter on quarter.
