According to the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province, the Jingsheng Battery Cathode New Materials Project held its groundbreaking ceremony on October 19 in the Mudanjiang Industrial Collaboration Park.
The project is implemented by Mudanjiang Jingsheng New Materials Co., Ltd. and relies on the core technologies of the team led by Researcher Liu Zhaoping at the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It will build an intelligent production base with an annual capacity of 100,000 metric tonnes of LMFP cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries. With a total investment of approximately Yuan 2.474 billion, the project is expected to generate an output value of approximately Yuan 8 billion and annual tax and profit contributions of approximately Yuan 1.6 billion after reaching large-scale production. Its products will be mainly used in batteries for electric vehicles, drones, and other applications.
