On November 4, Fulin Precision issued an announcement stating that on November 1, a fire occurred at the heat-transfer oil pipe rack on the east side of the No. 2 grinding workshop of an under-construction project of Inner Mongolia Fulin Times New Material Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangxi Shenghua New Material Co., Ltd., which is a controlled subsidiary of the company. The incident was a fire caused by a heat-transfer oil leak at the under-construction project. There were no casualties and no explosion or chain-reaction risks, and the fire has been extinguished.
The project is still in the engineering construction and commissioning stage and has not yet been officially put into production or operation. The damaged area is an independent outdoor pipe-rack pipeline and does not affect the core equipment of the main production line. The company has formulated a dedicated repair plan. The incident will not have a material adverse impact on the company's project construction or capacity planning arrangements.
