WEEKLY: China's rebar output rises faster by 10%

Rebar production among the 137 Chinese steelmakers sampled by Mysteel nationwide climbed for the second week during August 29-September 4, though at the faster pace of 10% or by 162,700 tonnes on week to total 1.79 million tonnes, Mysteel's weekly survey data show. In the previous period, output had risen by just 1% on week, as reported.
