SHFE aluminum, nickel prices up, copper wanes

China's derivatives markets for key nonferrous metals showed mixed trends over October 8-11, with the most-traded futures contracts for aluminum and nickel on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) ticking up, while the copper contract dipped slightly.

The SHFE was closed over October 1-7 to observe China's National Day holiday week, Mysteel Global notes.
