WEEKLY: China's HRC output retreats after 3-week rise

Production of hot-rolled coils (HRC) among the 37 Chinese flat steel producers Mysteel regularly monitors decreased slightly during the July 3-9 week, ending a three-week climb. Total output reached 3.23 million tonnes, lower by 1.5% or 50,000 tonnes from the previous week, the results of the weekly production survey show.
