WEEKLY: China's SiMn prices edge down, output stays high

China's silicomanganese (SiMn) prices declined slightly over October 27-31 in tandem with the retreat in futures market prices, according to Mysteel's latest assessment. At the same time, the high run-rates being observed by smelters in North China are keeping SiMn output generally high nationwide.
