WEEKLY: North China met coke stocks rise as snow slows shipments

Frequent heavy snow falls this week disrupting shipments of metallurgical coke from major producing regions in North China have caused overall stocks nationwide to rebound, Mysteel Global has learned.
According to Mysteel's survey among the 230 independent producers regularly canvassed nationwide, this week those in North China saw their coke stocks rise by 4% from the previous week to reach 283,500 tonnes as of January 22, driving the nationwide inventory total among all 230 coke makers also higher
