WEEKLY: China mines' iron ore output declines further, stocks rise

Production of iron ore concentrates among Chinese mining companies continued to decline during February 13-26, as some miners switched to holiday mode for the Chinese New Year (CNY) holiday over February 15-23, Mysteel's survey showed.

During the latest survey period, combined output of iron ore concentrates among the 186 mining and concentrating enterprises under Mysteel's tracking fell by 21,000 tonnes/day or 4.6% from the previous period to 432,400 t/d.
