WEEKLY: China's BF mills' capacity use rebounds 2.6% WoW

After falling rapidly in the previous two weeks, production among Chinese blast furnace (BF) steelmakers recovered firmly in the past week with many mills in North China resuming operations with the removal of production restrictions, Mysteel's survey showed.
