In the 17th week of 2026, soybean inventories, soybean meal inventories, and outstanding contracts at major domestic oil mills all declined. Specifically, soybean inventories stood at 5.2093 million metric tons, down 259,600 metric tons or 4.75% from the previous week, and up 614,500 metric tons or 13.37% year-on-year. Soybean meal inventories were 510,800 metric tons, down 103,000 metric tons or 16.78% from the previous week, and up 436,000 metric tons or 582.89% year-on-year. Outstanding contracts totaled 2.6055 million metric tons, down 421,900 metric tons or 13.94% from the previous week, and up 52,000 metric tons or 2.04% year-on-year.
