DAILY: Chinese spot alumina prices mark time, futures strengthen

China's spot alumina prices generally marked time on June 8, while prices of major alumina futures on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE) strengthened on the same day.

Mysteel assessed the national average price of metallurgical-grade alumina with a minimum purity of 98.6% at Yuan 2,707/tonne ($400/t) on Monday.
