DAILY: China's port thermal coal faces pressure from rising supply

China's portside thermal coal market continued to move sideways on August 14, but growing expectations of near-term supply increases at northern transshipment ports began to weigh on market sentiment, particularly when downstream buying eased following recent restocking.
